The $229 Tiger Direct I've seen before is much better, spec-wise, than
the $199 Walmart one.  For $30 more, you get:
 - A 1.3GHz Duron, instead of a 700MHz ViA C3
 - A floppy drive
 - A PCI modem

LindowsOS is based on Xandros which is based on Debian.  So you can
get-apt stuff instead of paying for Lindows' $99 subscription fee.
