What's the contents of your /etc/smrsh directory? ls -l /etc/smrsh

smrsh requires all programs it calls to be linked there.
On the KLUG server running mailman (superior to Majordomo :)
it has all it's wrappers linked:

$ ls -l /etc/smrsh

lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           25 May 29  2002 flist ->
/home/listserv/.bin/flist
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           17 May 29  2002 procmail ->
/usr/bin/procmail
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           30 Aug 27 10:13 wrapper ->
../../var/mailman/mail/wrapper
