Thank you, Ralph! And thanks to everyone for all the extra help and
encouragement! I need to follow up on a couple of issues, and one of the
laptop installations had to be postponed until the drive could be
completely defragmented. I'll post a more complete report from my end
tomorrow. Work and life have been keeping me busy this week.
