My dad always joked about his "Patented Cat Care Kit".

It consisted of a burlap bag, some rope, a hefty rock and a sketched map to a 
nearest body of water.

Thick gloves were available in the deluxe version.

I'm not sure how we could apply that to this discussion though, I'll leave 
that to better minds.  (Or at least those less ignorant of the relationship 
cats and software.)

Disclaimer:  My father wouldn't hurt a fly unless it was biting him, his Cat 
Care Kit was purely a joke born out of the fact that he's a dog person.
