double checked everything again and as I had stated the email below is only
email I received when I was checking my mail. there showed no attachements
or signature files with the email

Yes, people should be careful, for you poor souls still on Outlook. :)
BUT, I looked at the SOURCE code of every email in this thread, and
there were no attachments (other than a PGP signature) so I don't know
how you could have got a virus. Perhaps your virus checker incorrectly
identified the email as a virus? Or maybe it was a different email?
