[KLUG Members] RH 8.0 Pkg Mgr "Tree" error

I just reinstalled BSware 8.0-12.0 for the 2nd time, and I still have the
same problem.

(I did the 2nd install just to make sure I hadn't messed anything up the
1st time!)

So, right after the install is finished, when I try to run "Packages"
(under "System Settings" and I running Gnome),

1) The "Package Management" window displays "Checking system package
status", then
2) a 2nd window displays that says, "Installation Tree Not Found.", and
"The path None does not look like a valid installation source."

So, now what the fork?
