How about http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/info/ntfsresize.html

"The ntfsresize program non-destructively resizes Windows NT4, 2000, XP
or .NET NTFS filesystems. It is part of the open source linux-ntfs
project and included in the ntfsprogs (also called NTFS Tools and
linux-ntfs before) package. At present the source is only available from
the development source repository using BitKeeper however a precompiled
binary can be also downloaded. Please see the ntfsresize manual page for
its capabilites and usage, this page answers only those questions that
aren't described there. "
