[KLUG Members] Updated presentation

It has been brought up that we didn't specifically answer a question posed in
the recent Relational Database presentation.

So, the presentation has been updated by Jason Givhan with some commented PHP
code.

The updated page is called

"Showing Highlights' Checkboxes as Checked"

You can page through the presentation using the "Next" button at the top or jump
right to the new page using the drop down list at the bottom and the "Go"
button.
