Reverse lookups are a different animal. Just adding them to your DNS
server is probably NOT good enough.
Your ISP probably owns your IP address(es). If so, your ISP has to add
the reverse DNS record(s) to _their_ DNS server. Either that or they
have to forward reverse lookups for the IP(s) to your server. It's out
of your control without your ISP's help.
