[KLUG Members] Reset LILO boot after re-installing windows 98se

Question in a snap shot:

What would be the best way to reset the lilo boot for a computer
partitioned win98se and Redhat8?

The long of it:
I have a computer for various reasons that is a dual boot machine.
Every so often I reinstall windows on this machine (I have young
children that I allow to do what they wish on this computer) but of
course this destroys my lilo boot loader.  I have TOM's Linux on a boot
disk, so I can gain access to the partitions.  (This may open the
possibilities for correction.) So how do I again boot my Linux
installation?
