[KLUG Members] a question

This is a bit off topic but is something that I am desparatly needing
an answer to.  

I am looking for somewhere to host a web site.  Free would be
excellent but inexpensive ( < 10 a month) would be ok.  I do not
think it will have a huge load.  I do not use any crap like front
page (blech) extensions.  Currently I do not need forms or database
support but might in the future.  

Ideas??
