After little googling and I found this:

"NOTE: If you are going to use an Ethernet Convenience base to access your network, your Network Administrator will need the Armada Integrated Netflex-3 Ethernet Drivers after the installation is complete. Searching for RedHat and Netflex-3 brings up a whole bunch of stuff. I'm not sure if there is a solution in there though.
