Just thought this might be useful to someone, even though it is
relatively obbvious (I just discovered it, Doh!)

I have several mail accounts in evo, and upon starting evo it goes out
and tries to contact them.... only not all of them are accesible
depending upon where I am.  This is really annoying as evo tries really
hard to find them, gets hung up at certain points, pops up error
messages, etc...  And even keeps trying to contact them after you've
gone into settings and disabled them.

But if I start "evolution --offline" instead of just "evolution" it
doesn't immediately try to contact anything till I click "File->Work
Online".

Big improvement.
