The meaning of "bug" in this case is arbitrarily determined by the
maintaners.  I'm not dissin' Debian,  but their release levels, and
their titles (Stable...UnStable) may be one of the biggest hindrances to
its more widespread adoption.

Like tracking versions of everything isn't complicated enough.
