[KLUG Members] Linux and Win publishing software...

I'm interested in the group's knowledge of open-source publishing software 
that's available for both Linux and Windows.  Something basically equivalent 
to MS Publisher in functionality (though not necessarily operation).

The need for the software is for a collaborative, volunteer (thus unfunded) 
publication that puts out 4 issues a year.  WYSIYG preferred.

Any suggestions?
