(Note: the following instructions work for RedHat... not sure about
other distros)

A network install can be done through an FTP or HTTP server. Do you
have one of those running on your windows boxes? If not, visit:

http://www.apache.org

So, basically, you need to create a directory that can be accessed like
this:

http://hostnameOrIPofBox/redhat

(the /redhat can be anything)

In the "redhat" directory on the machine ( "c:\webserverroot\redhat" ),
copy the contents of all the CDs. Just copy the root of the CD into the
directory, don't create a directory for each disc, just copy all the
contents in. Especially make sure the RPMS directory contains all the
RPMs from each of the discs...

OK, start up the install, select network install, and point it to your
server via web or FTP like the link above ( http://hostname/redhat ).

good luck!
