[KLUG Members] have we ever considered running a forum?

I agree, and I'm willing to write it.

How do we get the pictures?  Do all supporting members have access to 
a digital camera or scanner, so they can email us their pictures?  Or
should KLUG buy/borrow a digital camera for meetings?

Possibly, but there may be some supporting members who don't want their
picture available to billions of people.  So it will be NOT be required.
