Exactly, that's where I download the updates for BSware.

Redhat has a list of official mirrors on their web site too.
http://www.redhat.com/download/mirror.html

Everyone should keep their system updated.  Either manually by
downloading and install the updates themselves, or subscribing
to something like up2date or Ximian's red-carpet, or by buying
BSware on a regular basis. (my biased recommendation :)

When you buy Redhat Advanced Server, you are also paying extra
money for a service.  You get support from Redhat.

The problem is I don't want or need support from Redhat.
I don't mind paying big bucks for one copy of RH Advanced Server,
but I want to be able to install it multiple times, and provide
my own service, and manually do my own updating.  Is that legal?

THAT is the question I'm most interested in having answered.
