Thanks. I'll hang onto this and probably yank the ram and test the memory 
on my own time, since it sounds like this would take a while to do 768 M, 
eh?  

I'm going to run some disk stuff on the RAID disks tonight, although I 
doubt I'll find anything useful.  I'm afriad I'll probably have to run 
into the colo and check it out sometime at night (since I'm going 
toreplace RAM anyway.  If the RAM isn't the problem, then I'll just do 
upgrades on other boxes with the RAM.  My workstation *is* a little shy at 
only 768 MB of RAM....
