[KLUG Members] 3D support for Radeon 7500

I am trying to get the 3D part to work. XFree only
support the 2D part so running things like UT2003 are
quite difficult.  Also trying to setup WineX to see if
I can get a couple of things to work that have not
been ported to Linux and don't work with standard Wine
either.
