What are you trying to do?

I've used "w3cam" to capture JPG's from a shell script,
and I've used "xawtv" to watch live video from a web cam.
It's been awhile, but I don't remember either one being
too difficult to make work.

> How did the webcam at Boogies work?

It captured JPG's from a cron job, and transfered them to the
web server. I don't remember what software it used. But I'm
sure one of the other Boogies maintainers remembers.
