Does that mean that AOL will sue IBM for letting people work on Mozilla
who have seen the source code for Netscape?

Let them call it whatever they like (or whatever is legal).

Speaking of commercial browsers, my first impression of Opera 7 for 
Linux is "NICE!!!".  It is really sweet compared to the 6.x versions.
Although I haven't tried the new email client yet.
