What are the specs of a 755C?

Does it have an ethernet interface? If so you can boot from the
installation floppy and install over the network from some system that
has a CD-ROM drive images of the installation CDs.

If you've got no CD, and no network, you don't have many options except
to remove the HDA, install via another machine, and reinstall the HDA.
(Which actually works very well, BTW).

AFAIK, there is no way to install via a modem, and if there was it
would take FOREVER.
