You want a "row count" or an "ascending sequence"?

Row Count;  All cells = the same value,  the number of rows included in the
range.  Delete a row and all cell decriment by 1.

Ascending sequcne; If A5 = 1, then A6 = 2, then At = 3.  Delete a row anywhere
between 5 & 50 and all rows below that row decrement by one.
