I am by no means an expert or power user of Linux (being on the same
boat with the DOS/Windows experience), but I would definately recommend
a copy of "Running Linux," published by O'Reilly Press. I believe it is
in the fourth edition. I have found help for nearly any administrative
task I want to accomplish within that book. It's not real distro
specific, so if your wanting in-depth help with Red Hat or another
popular distro, you may want to purchase a book on that also. Just my
two cents...
