I can: go ahead and get a PS2 or an XBox. ;-) That's what I did when I
was presented with the option of buying and installing some version of
Windows just to play games. Worked beautifully. I wanted to try UT 2003,
but I would have to upgrade my video card, and I have a tight budget
right now.

ATI may be cautious. We got a digital camera for our anniversary
present, a Nikon 3100. Sites said it wasn't listed, but MassStorage and
PTP both work. Try using a Knoppix disk and seeing what the system logs,
and X, say about your video card. ATI is involved in X drivers, so
support may already exist, or not be far off.
