Yep, "Virtual Consoles", or "VCs" for short.

You'll see *a* screen to the remote computer, not *the* screen.

Getty, is the process used to do this, it is how UNIX systems drive
those millions of green screen terminals.

You want the Serial or Terminal HOWTO.  This is pretty well documented. 
If your specifically on floppyfw, they have documents on their website
if I recall.

Sure, roughly -
(a) enable getty on the floppyfw box
(b) tell it to use console over serial port (see floppyfw docs)
(c) run a NULL modem cabled between floppyfw & PC
(d) run an app like NetTerm on the Win32 box
