I got my UNIX Administration certificate from Grand Rapids Community
College.  The UNIX courses weren't too bad, although I hope they have
been updated (as this was awhile ago).  Night courses are usually taught
by moonlighting **IT people*** rather than 'teachers', which was a nice
change.  I took both evening and day courses and the evening courses
were almost universally superior (the age of the student body being
higher probably helped too.  The hottie count was lower however, but
that only matters if your unattached :).
