[KLUG Members] ftp daemon RH 9

Yea! I got it to work once I restarted the service.  Now I'm wondering 
if the daemon crashed before or was never started.

Does this command actually start a service or just "schedule" it to 
start at next boot?

chkconfig vsftpd on
