Well, I _have_ removed our IP from their list.
But as their page clearly states:

Warning: If you have not fixed your open relay, it will be re-added to the list when it is retested a 
short time after it's removed. After an IP has been removed 3 times, there is a penalty delay of 1 hour 
before it can be removed again. This penalty then quadruples for each successive removal.

Note: Do not email us asking for an IP to be removed/excluded because some other site says the IP is not 
an open relay. We run our own tests, and if our tests show your site is open, it's open. 
The only way out is to fix your server.

So the removal is only temporary and I need to find why the IP was blacklisted in the first
place so that I can rectify the cause.
