Then you deserve to be listed.

WHY are you running an open SMTP relay? And is it really open? If it
relays for your internal, firewalled network, that's fine. njabl.org
won't even see it. If it relays for one particular IP address controlled
by you, that's fine. (I am not addressing security here.) But SMTP
servers that will relay from anywhere on the network are BAD. End of
argument.
