[KLUG Members] Linux in the Kalamazoo Country Government

Does this also prohibit such discussions on the elist?  Can members
still talk about the ideas on list as ad-hoc discussions?  I guess I
am asking if this falls in line with the same prohibitions as
soliciting work kind of stuff or if it is different. 

On another note does anyone know of other groups like this in
Michigan that have websites and email lists too?  Or maybe a website
that has a list of lugs?  I would like to find ways to be able to
contact more like minded people to try to start developing a
grassroots movement for the open standards data proposal.
