Ok, but many 501c3s also REALLY push the envelope as to what they are
permitted to do.   I know of a couple non-profits that have been
investigated for flagrant rule violation (no, I won't name them),  and
funny enough both are of the same ilk as the one mentioned above.  

Emulation is a poor way to determine ethical or proper behaviour, even
Dr. Dobson and I can agree on that (and not bloody much else).
