[KLUG Members] Linux Compatible DVD CD-ROM

All of my DVD and CD drives are Lite-On. They all work flawlessly and I will
keep getting them. We sell them at my shop and in the past 18 months we've
sent back 2 as bad. I don't have an actual count of how many we've sold, but
we get in 5 or 6 per week and they sell well.

I picked up a Lite-On DVD reader back in 2001. Only two complaints I
have with it: It has occasionally failed to read a CD for reasons
unknown, and it's got that damn region coding. I don't really use it to
watch DVDs much at all; it's just the principle. If I'd known that was
part of the package, I might have passed it on by.
