Woo Hoo.  Persistance pays off again.

I ended up moving /usr/lib/cups/filter/texttops to texttops.orig and
repacing it with a bash script that did a similar thing with mpage as
before if > 80 char wide and calling texttops.orig if over 80.  Man,
ain't open wonderful!!!
