In preperation for my road trip I was testing my ogle DVD player (must
keep the wife entertained while I drive).  And discovered I can
currently only run if I disable XVideo with OGLE_USE_XV=0.  This works
OK but you get a small non-fullscreen picture.  If I don't set
OGLE_USE_XV=0 when I try to open the disk ogle dies with...

But I have the xv module specified in XF86Config...
