[KLUG Members] Dropping CIS enrollments

IMO "the word" is out, post tech-bust, post-9/11, post-Military-manuevers,
post-whatever-else-youplease, that CIS/CS "ain't where it's at" anymore.
The money seekers have gone elsewhere (where?)...
