Do they get them?  (applicants that is).  I've seen allot of these adds -
look at the salaries involved.  The phrase "You've got to be kidding"
comes to mind.  You want to hire a BA with 10 years experience for
$35,000/year?   Chance-in-hell.  Newspaper adds are a BAD way to judge
demand - only CRAP jobs ever make it to listings, HR departments OVERSPEC
the requirements (does an HR person even know the difference between a CIS
and CS degree?),  and those adds are often run as a formality for jobs
that are ALREADY filled (and they DO NOT want applicants as a result of
the add).  THe last case occurs much more often than most people realize.
