[KLUG Members] Update on Samba File/Print/WaitWaitWait...

As of build 3.0.9 this bug has been resolved which I talked about in my Samba3
PDC session. So long as DNS / WINS / etc... are all happy, File/Print can pop
right up for multiple user profiles on the same workstation.

As well there is a new line to add to the printer section of global in smb.conf
as follows...

printcap cache time = 180

which tells Samba to refresh the list of printers it sees CUPS offering. This
prevents bouncing the samba tasks to add/remove printers from CUPS and have
that change show up in Samba.
