This is a hardware message, it means your PC's clock/timer is crap (no 
shock, very few PCs can keep time - doesn't happen to be a Dell does it?  
@&*$*(@, those things suck, I want to lob tatical nuclear weapons at the 
TV every time I see a Dell commercial).

You can ignore it or buy a new motherboard.
