When I installed SuSE 9.0 Pro to be used only as a HOME Samba
server, I choose "Minimum graphical system", and added Konqueror
(to force a small install of KDE stuff), and Samba (server/clent)
stuff, and VNC.

When Samba 10.0 is released, according to the SuSE 9.0 Admin book,
pg45, it says doing the Base System update, I have to choose: 1)
Default System, 2) Minimum graphical system, 3) Minimum system.

QUESTION: Has anyone done a SuSE Base System update? Any
problems??

Mike

P.S. I have PLENTY of disk space for the SuSE OS (4GB), but I don't
like all the other crap loaded with a Default System, and Samab has
its own 40GB drive.
