[KLUG Members] Extracting Files from Mozilla Cache: How?

Does anyone have any clue about reading Mozilla's cache map and
translating those cryptic file names back to their online names?
I've tried about a dozen different Google searches, and found absolutely
nothing on the subject! I'd like to be able to 'extract' the files in a
batch, rather than have to click and save each one, so the 'about:cache'
URL really isn't an option here.

Any ideas?
