SyncML? I don't think I have heard of that. googleing it, it appears that
it is more for cellphones and lesser pdas [mind you, not a bad thing]. The
zaurus is a "USB-to-USB Networking Cables, Linux PDAs" device [from the
kernel configuration].

To be honest I haven't put too much work into syncing it with my Linux
laptop. I just use a CF card and some batch scripts to transfer the data
files. To be honest, the Z is very over powered for a PDA [yet, I can't
wait for the SL-6000... darned geek envy].
