Read that yesterday on GrokLaw.net and from what was said there, he can't
modify his licence in that manner. This is why the Samba team have publicly
scolded SCO in an open letter on their licencing page, but not withdrawn
their licence.

The gist of the legalities on Groklaw was that each piece of software in a
package is individually licenced under the GPL - so SCO has lost their right
to distribute Linux under the GPL because they have broken item 4 of the
GPL, but this does not affect their right to redistribute NMAP.
