| 2.2.8a the builtin accounts like "Administrator" weren't actually
| functional. Are you saying that now there are some functional
| builtins? It should be no trouble to change the Admininstrators uid
| to 0 for a test. I'll give that a try this evening. Now if I

| different ou or something.

OK fixed a couple things but still haveing all the same problems.
1. Discovered that Administrator password was not transfered during
migration.  Used smbldap-passwd3 to reset.
2. Changed Administrator account uid to 0.
3. Removed "guest" from passdb line.

How important is it to have the group mappings? I keep seeing this
line in the logs:
Jan  5 18:34:59 enigma slapd[1271]: conn=78 op=23 SRCH
base="ou=Group,dc=j9starr,dc=net" scope=2
filter="(&(objectClass=sambaGroupMapping)(gidNumber=4294967295))"

Here is another interesting line I've just spotted:
Jan  5 18:34:59 enigma slapd[1272]: conn=80 op=1 SRCH
base="dc=j9starr,dc=net" scope=2
filter="(&(objectClass=sambaDomain)(sambaDomainName=J9STARR))"
Jan  5 18:34:59 enigma slapd[1272]: <= equality_candidates db open
failed (sambaDomainName.dbb)

I'm beginning to think that my database needs more work after all.
