I don't user Qmail, procmail, or any of the above except CLAM - but if
qmail supports plussed delivery (it should, this is an RFC thing), you
could make a rewrite rule (in procmail?) that if X-Spam-Status is found,
put the message in {User}+SPAM@{Domain}?  We do things *like* this, but
in sendmail/Cyrus/SIEVE.
