I've sent and received to a Devil-Linux list today hosted by
Sourceforge, and it seemed to work fine.  (FWIW...)

Authenticated CVS seems to work pretty good.  Anonymous CVS runs a day
behind or so.  SF has been upgrading their servers and things are much
better than they were a few months ago.

They still have their occasional problems with lists and such, but it's
been far less frequent.
