[KLUG Members] Microlite BackupEDGE?

I just got of the phone with some sales dude from www.microlite.com
calling about their BackupEDGE software.  In the never ending quest for
backup software that doesn't suck I'm curious if anyone has any
experience with this product?

<rant>
I've never found any backup software that doesn't suck.  Most of the 
backup software I've tested has user interfaces that may as well be in
Klingon.  Sindarin I could handle,  but my Klingon is really bad.  Or
else they each have some gaping hole in their functionality (doesn't
backup or restore EA/meta-data, can't switch tapes in a tape changer,
etc...).  Going back and using setfacl to restore the permissions on a
couple of hundred thousand files just doesn't sound like a good time.

And then their are solutions like Arkeia,  which might be nice - if my
department had the budget of a Fortune 100 company.
