I see some publicly readable folders, but no shared ones, just some
under the anonymous INBOX.

Well, I pick subscribe to folders, select that server, and there is
nothing there except the anonymous folders.  It doesn't work currently
on our internal Cyrus server either - and there has been some whinging
about this on the public lists.

You see a "Shared Folders" and it can be expanded to show something
underneath?
