Check out PowerTerm Interconnect at http://www.ericom.com/pticindex.asp 

It's not free but it does do TVI950 Emulation.  I looked into it because
I was looking for something that did scoansi emulation and supported
things like copy, paste and print buttons and didn't mess up function
keys.  It was the closest thing to a Netterm like program that ran on
Linux that I could find.  Good luck!
